Returns are free, and you can return your order within 15 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, please notify us via WhatsApp at +905435862596. After your request is received, a return shipping code will be sent to you. You can use this code to ship the undamaged product back to us free of charge. Once the product has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

  Shipments within Turkey are made through MNG Cargo and are free of charge.
   
• Europe and USA
  For shipments to Europe and America, different shipping companies are used, and the shipping fee is 20 Euros.
